Pre - 0.0.0.6 | Progress Update 004
Didn't really want to make this and update, but it's been a while and so I figured it would be wise to report that I have still been working on the game (this regular updates thing is hard). The main reason I didn't want to make this a update is because I was hoping to give a full and more coherent release, the 0.0.0.6 release. Instead you get this awkward collection of unfinished mechanics and assets... don't worry behind the scenes there is actually a structured design approach, but I know what it looks like.
Here is a list of some of the changes since the last update.
Mesh Fixes.
- Fixed collision on basic wall mesh.
Building part shape additions.
- Inverse slope roof.
- Corner stairs.
- corner ramps.
Furniture type additions.
- Light switch (with functionality).
- Wall light (with functionality).
- Ceiling light (with functionality).
- Desk light (with functionality).
- Wall torch.
- Ceiling torch.
- Standing torch.
- Desk torch.
- Desk.
- Dining table.
- Side table.
- Round table.
Random mechanics.
- Added functionality to allow furniture to be moved.
- Added save system.
- Added day/night cycle.
- Adjusted harvesting to send resources directly to the player inventory, only spawning excess.
- Added functionality to allow picking up foliage type resources.
- Added Combat Mode (Zero functionality)
- Added Tool Mode.
- Added multi-directional movement animations.
- Fixed harvesting systems to prevent unlimited harvesting per node.

Adjusted inputs.
- By default "F" and "G" keys serve as primary and secondary interactions with the game world.
- By default the left and right mouse buttons serves as the primary and secondary actions for the "active" or held item.

Added functionality for auto and manual camera zoom.
- Both modes are currently active, will add toggle with settings menu.
- Refined interaction system and prompts.
Tool type additions.
- Added axe.
