Build 0.0.0.4 was meant to only add the basics for the resource gathering/harvesting system; however, before I fully delve into that I decided it was best to further refine the building system... which I did.
The current iteration of the building system has an increased selection of building parts, including functioning doors and windows to put into the door and window frames. I've also add some new parts that still require functionality, such as the ladders and elevators. And, the UI has been reworked a bit to be more user friendly when in comes to navigation.
